"Integrative medicine is a comprehensive and holistic approach to health care in which all health care professionals work collaboratively, in an equal and respectful manner, to better meet the needs of the patient and community." (Leach, 2017)
North Coast Medical Centre offers you the convenience of combined consultations where you can see a GP and a naturopath at the same time. In the one consultation, receive biomedical assessment and testing from a GP along with complementary assessment and treatment from a naturopath. Together, we provide patient focused care and devise and implement strategies to meet your individual health needs.
This can include health plans for current conditions as well as disease prevention strategies.
Initial integrative consultations are one hour: 15 minutes with a GP and naturopath, followed by 45 minutes with the naturopath. Follow up appointments are usually half an hour.
Call reception to arrange a combined consultation with your preferred practitioners.
